How do we send you documents?

Electronically, by email or a shared cloud folder. If you have paper documents, a courier collects them once a month. You do not need to visit us.

What happens if there is a tax inspection?

We attend the inspection with you, prepare the documents and answer the questions. This is included in the monthly service at no extra charge.

What if a penalty results from your mistake?

We pay it. This is stated plainly in the contract, not promised verbally.

Is switching from another accountant difficult?

Usually two weeks. We take over the previous period, review the records and tell you if anything is missing. That review is free.

What does the monthly fee depend on?

Three things: the number of documents a month, headcount and your tax regime. A VAT-registered company takes more work. We quote a firm figure after the first meeting.
